Love, Worhwhile and Good

All that is worthwhile and good in this world is right before our eyes; most times it is free!

This is an age old truth, rediscovered daily, the world over simply, eloquently and sometimes painfully in every language and culture. Expressed and experienced in ways too varied to list, We learn that the love of and for another human being is to be cherished, saved, held on to, even through tears of pain and torment.

Love is imperishable! Long after reciprocals of such esteem are beyond the reach of voice and touch, we can remember and re-live the joy of it, the giving and receiving. We can with gratitude use memory to nourish us in drought, famine and torture.

A beloved child, a loving parent, a protective sibling or guardian, a star-crossed lover, all give us and we give to them this precious, lasting gift. How much more, greater, far reaching and eternal is God's Love for us. doris jeanne

Everyones Truth

There seem to be so many of us out there who want to share our view of the truth. It is hard for me to log in to my own blog, or to even find it; so if am thinking a name change is in order. If you have read my profile and have any suggestions feel free to ...

These first blogs are tryouts of some of the things that I've been thinking and haven't said out loud. (And perhaps really don't need to be)

I'm glad that living here at this time in America offers me this opportunity for self expression. Yes sometimes I am shamelessly patriotic. My reading and experiences, though limited, have and continue to make me glad to be here.

I am just becoming familiar with this application - think that I will enjoy - just an extention of my journaling? When I first heard about blogging, I knew that I wanted to do it. Before I could find out all about blogging, twittering was afoot and it appears to have exploded and so I've joined and now will have to figure how, what and why.

Talk about keeping up information sharing: cell phoning, emailing, text messaging, blogging, twittering we've gone from jogging to a full run and the race isn't over. I'm sure! doris jeanne

The Only Faithful Man In America?

Nothing! Not a single thing turned up on the subject!

I was sure that there was something to be "discovered" about him. whether it was illicit love affairs, dates with call girls, children he'd father outside his marriage, a secret mistress.

I waited for the toppling of Barak Obama's morality and faithfullness to his marital vows throughout the 2008 Election cmapaign.

If its true that he is a faithful husband, then he must be the only non adulterous man in America. Could this be true?

Having viewed with disgust the tenor of political campaigning in America, I was sure a national news story about his moral turpitude of would break any moment.

What with the generally disgraceful behavior of political candidates (and the media) ranging from mudslinging to character assassination from issue obfuscation to outright lies, there had to be a such a story? It has never surfaced.

I want to know if there are other faithful husbands whose reputations could withstand public scrutiny? I really would like to hear from just one.
